ACTION NEEDED

We have all heard the stories about landowners in Pennsylvania who signed a natural gas lease and discovered that a rollback and penalties were assessed on their entire property. Even if only 2 or 6 acres of a 300 acre farm was used for a drill pad, their ENTIRE 300 acrea were rolled back and huge tax burdens are levied on landowners.
