Laser, my understanding is that Alta has an agreement with Laser to use the pipeline.  Does anyone know when Laser is going to start construction?

and they can't even write a story about an explosion in SF, CA without mentioning Dimock, PA.       Will there ever be an NG news story that doesn't mention Dimock ??

>>>mwallace, when stories are run in the newspapers quoting the anti-drillers, often times it can be noted that those members of NIMBY organizations have a background in the news media, having worked for newspapers, television stations, etc.  They understand the power of repetition of a message, especially if it is an outright lie or a distortion such as the Josh Fox technique of attributing all flaming faucets to fracking.

Gas storage clause without mention of compensation was in last Boilerplate lease I negotiated....it was Atlas. I said, "Why and what compensation??"  Answer...."No compensation and in Marcellus layer not likely candidate for gas storage anyway."  I said, "Fine, then it won't bother you to exclude the clause!!....they did.  Please folks, take nothing the Landman tells you as  truthful, you must third party verify and/or get it  IN WRITING from the gasco......anything else is just talk.

Nothing Good can come of letting someone in/on/under your property without compensation. If you are allowing storage, at least require adequate compensation.
You will get "No Free Lunch"...so don't let the Gasco's "Eat Your Lunch"....

As Guard points out here.....who knows WHAT they will want to do now or in the future.....and even a relatively benign substance like CO2, could have unintended consequences by way of the process.

Go Guard.

CHK, Chief and Range all support full disclosure.  Halliburton has voiced intent to comply.  I don't see too much of a problem for the rest to fall in line.
