The Susquehanna County Literacy Program (SCLP) has been serving the community since 1982. The Literacy Program serves persons of any age who are in need of reading, math, family, GED preparation, and life skills. Through the use of volunteer tutors and paid instructors, SCLP offers help to those in need of these services through either one-on-one instruction or in classroom settings. Donations may be made to:

The book mobile from the Bradford County library has been taken off the road due to lack of funds.  It served rural communities and is greatly missed.  Anyone wishing to put back into their community could send a check to Marcene Billingsley RR1 Box 100 Troy Pa 16947.  The check could be made out to "Friends of the Bradford County Library.
